Manage the project successfully starting from LOI stage till Payment collection

Job Description:
1. Ability to read and execute the LV contracts commercially, and technically
2. regular visits to the customer doing the following:
- update design team concern the changes, in order to make proper technical submittal according to customer satisfaction, and contract specification
- update estimation team concern the variations if any
- satisfy the customer requirements in diplomatic and social approach for the benefit of both companies
- accelerate project execution time and consultant approval
- manage the delivery as per customer requirements, and project priority, and keep updating the workshop in advance
- insure payment collection on time
- Business development with the same customer, and insure minimum 70% of his business to our accounts
