IT CRM Developer:

Responsibilities
• Mange user accounts with Active Directory, Support and resolve end user hardware, software and network issues
• Serve as a technical advisor in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for our growing CRM practice
• CRM integration with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office and SQL Server
• Design and develop custom CRM plug-ins and custom CRM workflows
• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
• Proven experience with the development and administration of the latest MS Dynamics CRM platform.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM entity model, security model and web services
• Experience with CRM Automation including Plugins, Workflow and the XRM scripting model for JavaScript
• Solid foundation in .Net development (ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server) and client-side technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Extensive experience with system development life cycle methodologies
• Aware of programing languages (web and desktop)
Desired Skills:
• Strong networking skills and TCP/IP concepts
• Internet knowledge for accessing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc
• Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, and document problems
