Job Description:
• Ensure that all maintenance activities carried out in the Onshore facilities and Mechanical Workshop are performed in compliance with HSE standards and best practices.
• Monitor, inspect and verify the performance of maintenance activities and their compliance with planned schedules.
• Supervise activities on static equipment, such as disassembly/reassembly and testing, removal/cleaning and replacement of a variety of internal parts.
• Analyze faults, take or recommend appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with CLIENT HSE standards and legal requirements in all mechanical maintenance activities carried out by personnel of contractors and subcontractors.
• Compile, complete and submit reports and documentation according to the required standards.
• Provide evidence of progress and feedback on work orders.
• Prepare procedures for the execution of maintenance activities including estimation of workload, spare parts, material and special tools needed.
• Supervise the preventive maintenance activities and their compliance with planned schedules. Compile, complete and submit reports, documentation and analysis according to the required standards.
• Detail the necessary requirements and PTW before the start of activities.
• Detail shutdown requirements.
• Experience in plants with H2S presence (knowledge of HSE procedures and dedicated equipment)
About the project:
• Rotation: 28 days on, 28 days off
• Working hours: 12hrs a day x 7 days a week
• Duration of the contract: 12 months (extendible)
• Availability: starting from beginning of December 2023
