We are looking for hiring sales Manager . we are agent for shell in upper Egypt
Responsible for:
• The performance of the team and ensuring that everyone within his team reaches his targets
• Operate incentive schemes that motivate members of his team to reach or exceed sales targets.
• Makes project analysis and marketing analysis concerning the competitor
• Training sales staff.
• Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and personally interferes in solving any problems if the agent failed to solve them by himself.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
• Evaluating the performance of the sales workers
