Duties will include:
• Typing Letters, Emails & documentation as directed
• Preparing Documents for new customers
• Prepare PowerPoint Documents
• Answering Telephone calls & scheduling appointments for Manager and staff.
• Archiving/Filing & Entering Timesheets
• Entering disbursement
• Maintain and Order Stationery
• Mail corresponds , faxing, photocopying and scanning
• Any other admin work required
Skills required for the role:
• Bachelor degree
• Very good in English (Reading, Writing, listening and Speaking)
• Previous Secretarial/Administrative Experience (an advance but not essential)
• Computer literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Well developed Typing skills, Organisation skills
• The ability to priorities
• Very well presented.
