• Searching for new clients and opening new export markets as well as communicating with old clients.
• Manage all merchandise export operations and ensure all regulatory policies and procedures are complied with and monitored All financial and currency operations and transactions and manage all contacts with the export authorities of all countries required.
• Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure all project requirements are adhered to and prepared All export documents within the required time frame, scheduling efficient shipping activities, and selecting the mode of transportation appropriate to assist customers.
• Coordinate with management and plan to participate in all trade fairs and ensure all activities are in compliance to customer specifications and help business partners design effective customer distribution strategies.
• Follow up the executive procedures for export business such as documentary credits, bank transfers and insurance.
• Continuous follow-up of sales agents and intermediaries in the external market, evaluation of their sales performance, and receiving complaints Solve sales problems.
• Completion of all procedures related to export (follow-up production - planning - shipping - order documents).
