Job Description
Ensures the safe and effective use of medications by providing medication order verification while assessing for optimal drug product selection, dosage regimen design, and drug therapy monitoring services. Monitors inpatient drug therapies when appropriate, and works with relating medical staff to ensure the best care possible is being given.
Least one (1) years as Clinical Pharmacist or 2 years as hospital pharmacist reputable organization
