The American Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable French instructor to join our company. Our ideal candidate can speak and write fluently in French and can get students excited about learning the language in the classroom.
Responsibilities
Teach students the French language, including grammar and vocabulary
Design lesson plans
Assign coursework and administer tests
Grade assignments
Incorporate classroom learning activities
Follow company policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in French or French culture
Fluency in the French language
1+ years min experience teaching adults in a business environment.
Must be dynamic & flexible.
Non-native speakers must have “native-like” competency and fluency in French, especially in terms of accent and pronunciation.
