• Prepare a deep analysis of clients’ consumption with recommendations.
• Visit the clients to review reimbursement or support employees for medical services.
• Review and prepare the reimbursement documents received from the clients.
• Set a medical review for ongoing reimbursement documents.
• Negotiate with the medical department (TPA/Insurance) from the medical point of view
on any rejected or suspended services.
