Your role will include but not be limited to:
• Participate in the planning of effective paid search strategies
• Digital Marketing Management including campaign planning & setup, management and optimization of
paid search, portal and display advertising, email marketing and some social media campaigns
• Keyword research, ad copy tests, bid management, tracking, competitor analysis, monitor core metrics
• Prepare digital reports and provide analysis, insights and recommendations to drive improved KPIs
• Continual optimization according to the marketing director brief and following best practice guidelines
• Working closely with fellow colleagues in the digital team, to ensure paid search activity falls in line, as
part of an integrated marketing strategy for our company
• Conduct moderation during promotional periods only (SM campaigns moderation)
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends
Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience managing paid search accounts with a track record in driving successful campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (including Google my business, local listings and Youtube) and other
paid platforms / Portals
• Experience in managing multi-product, PPC campaigns and monitoring paid search budgets
• A strong user of Google Analytics and Excel with the ability to use your analytical/data skills to
manipulate data, measure performance, offer insights and identify areas of improvement.
• Ability to communicate complicated analysis in a clear, insight-driven way
• Process-driven, strong analytical thinking, passionate about data/statistics, problem-solver
• Knowledge of SEO and broader digital strategies is a plus
• Google Ads, Analytics certification preferable but not essential
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media is preferred but not a prerequisite.
