Liaise between sales department and sales Management in Coordinate with the sales representatives receiving their daily reports, and follow up the data gathered from them Supervising the indoor sales by making sure that the sales plan is well implemented receiving a daily report and follow up the data gathered from them Supervising the implementation of the sales plan with the sales engineers through the data processed given through sales management Prepare a schedule for the sales engineers to follow up on customers who have been previously visited Receive the purchase order and coordinate with the technical support department to receive a quotation and send it to the customer. Make sure to update the Previous Work Sheet and make sure that the company papers are updated Build a database for all customers who have been dealt with and update it Weekly follow up all kinds of social media (facebook, linkedin, website, youtube) in coordination with sales Manager. Follow-up and coordination of different types of Marketing for the company, including magazines, exhibitions and electronic marketing in coordination with the sales management Send a daily report to the Sales Manager of the accomplished missions Listening to customers’ complaints and submitting them to the relevant department and providing appropriate solutions |
