Organization Development Manager (OD Manager)
Design, Manage & implement & evaluate management development programs and OD programs &projects;In conjunction with division management & corporate goals.
Develop & implement the Group’s new organization structure policy and design with Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objectives
Monitoring the status changes (promotions, transfers, resignations, retirements etc...), provide required reports as per budgeted FTEs & HCs & Company’s Manpower Planning Policy
Supported in HR restructuring project including full revision & analyses of HR systems, policies, procedures, detect deficiency areas, provide proper solutions
Create new Grading System, Salary Structure (broad banding), and job evaluation in light of the Group’s new objectives
Established the Organization Development function to lead the HR restructuring project from HR perspective, enhanced, managed Performance Management, Manpower Planning Functions, etc.
Develop & update HR Policies & procedures in light of law, regulations & HR best practices
Implement Strategic Map and Balanced scorecard with initiatives and objectives, relating and connecting all functions with the organization strategic goals.
Manage Business Processes for all functions, including process mapping, guidelines, Roles and responsibilities, KPIs and Measurements.
Perform Client Satisfaction survey to all clients every 6 months, and perform analysis of survey output ( per account, per attribute)
Manage Complaints Management System, and perform analysis of complaints every 6 months.
