1. Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and manage the entire end-to-end sales process
2. Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
3. Independently manage assigned accounts.
4. Assess and develop a keen understanding of challenges faced by healthcare clients
5. Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
6. Must act like a true hunter, act with urgency and build new relationships with senior level (VP/Director and above) clients at healthcare companies.
7. Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years recent sales experience in the health care industry
• Experience selling to Pharma brand management, marketing or medical education teams desirable
• Superior focus on client service, with a passion for helping clients solve their most pressing challenges
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
• The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
