Maintenance Manager

Job description
1.Planning and Following up the preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines , working on action plans needed to maximize the lines efficiency.
2.Responsible for utilizing the direct and indirect raw material and material in process consumption needed for the production processes
3.Schedule daily, weekly, monthly production activities based on orders and stock provision to ensure availability of minimal stocks.
4.Coordinating with the plant manager in setting the plant’s objectives and KPIs.
5.Setting up strategies for continuous improvement for the manufacturing processes.
6.Applying Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma strategies.
7.Making daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Plant manager and Operations manager
8.Accurate and timely production figure reporting.
9.Ensuring that all designated areas are always kept clean and hazard free.
10.Primary responsibility for 5-S compliance.
