We are hiring “Soft SkillsTrainers “ for Business Solutions Agency Providing B2B Training Service.
He will be reasonable for delivering a defined range of“Business Skills” and“soft skills” courses to meet curriculum requirements, client needs and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Preferably an MBA or equivalent professional degree
• Preferred to be certified as a trainer.
• Should have verifiable corporate experience preferably in a multinational environment with a top and middle management levels.
• Exposure to having worked in a consulting environment/organization is an added advantage
• Should have a flair for analytical thinking, abstract concepts as well a good grounding in presentation and classroom management skills.
