Collect employees’ hiring documents, prepare employment contracts, Social and Medical Insurance forms and forward them to the Sr. Personnel Specialist (Nationals) for review.
Prepare bank accounts applications.
Update the Governmental Relations unit with new hires and resigned outsourced employees in order to handle labor and social insurance authorities’ requirements.
Prepares documents required for outsourced employees exit process as per the set policies and procedures.
Respond to outsourced employees’ inquiries regarding their employment and resignation in order to maintain cooperative relationships.
Responsible for the entry of the outsourced employees’ data.
Participate in the payroll administration for the assigned accounts.
