JOB DESCRIPTION SHOWROOM MANAGER (Code SRM-001) Line Manager General Manager Purpose of job Analysing customer needs accurately, providing ideal products and services to achieve customer satisfaction, achievement of given revenue targets, ensuring a minimum level of store expenses to increase profitability of the store. Key responsibilities 1. Active sales in store, consulting, customer relations, inventory tracking and carrying out shipping activities. 2. Evaluating customer demands, suggestions and complaints to produce instant solutions, to ensure such solutions, to present solutions to store management. 3. Tracking and controlling performance and activities of staff reporting to her/him. 4. Giving job training to team and sharing knowledge, and ensuring personal development of staff. 5. To follow turnover targets set for store and ensure realization of store targets. 6. Planning order, cleaning activities and location changes of product stands, showcases and sections within department stores and controlling and tracking improper products, missing items and to ensure elimination of deficiencies and timely display of new products 7. To form product demands by taking into account amount of sales in store, inventory movements, customer demands and expectations, to follow product procurement process and to control accuracy of orders and account documents. 8. Controlling missing, broken, default etc. products entry to store, counting, stock acceptance and putting barcode price labels. 9. Insert, price list, packing, follow the routine needs such as business cards and ensure the provision 10. To follow up store payables and receivables. 11. To ensure routine performance of store counting activities. 12. To follow developments, innovations and changes related to the sector of store, to reinforce their professional knowledge and to transfer this information to new staff within the company. 13. To provide all kinds of periodic reports, information, documents and work unit that needs to be connected and / or requested by, or individual any kind of, document, and working 14.
