1. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and Handle their inquires.
2. Answer & forward calls, providing information, taking messages & scheduling appointments.
3. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about classes, cancel classes or obtain details of complaints in a timely manner.
4. Activation of group & private classes.
5. Complete work schedules, manage group & private classes calendars, and arrange appointments.
6. Collect, count, and disburse money accurately and do basic bookkeeping.
7. Inventory and order studio supplies, and requirements.
8. Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software.
9. Process and prepare memos, correspondence, E-mails, or other documents.
10. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
11. Supervise the office boy functions.
Job qualifications:
1- Very good Written & spoken (English / Arabic Language) is a must; any other language is a plus.
2- Very good with cash handling.
3- Very good communication skills.
4- PC Skills (Word /Excel).
5- 1 to 2 years experience in the filed of customer service.
