Duties: * Seek and provide information to help the company determine their position in the marketplace. * Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. * Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. * Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. * Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature. * Measure and assess customer satisfaction. * Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. * Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. * Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services. * Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. * Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs. * Prepare, distribute price lists of the products among sales and studies teams. * Study and quote special prices for special offers of customers upon request. * Provide technical support for the products and designing solutions for problems of different applications. * Develop markets’ analysis needed upon new products’ launches. * Prepare monthly reports, identifying the achieved objectives and obstacles faced. * Implement flexibly and swiftly the changes of the marketing plan when needed. * Prepare and deliver presentations to demonstrate the specifications of the products to the department members, sales and studies teams monthly. * Prepare and hold seminars to demonstrate the specifications of the products to customers, sales team, and branches’ heads quarterly. * In addition to any other position related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
