AlWaseel Technology is looking for Pre-Sales Engineer, to design, implement & supervise Passive & Active of IT infrastructure projects
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the AlWaseel product offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.
He/she is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota together with the Sales Team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing the technical response to RFPs/RFQs, preparing techno commercial proposals, interact & ensuring meeting customer’s technical requirements.
• Establish relationship with key technical person of our customers to understand the grounds for collaboration and also to understand their technical challenges
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
• Ensure getting all input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
• Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
• Customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
• Provides training to customers when needed
• If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals.
• Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution with Sales Team.
• Handel all Technical communication with the customer & Vendors.
• Good knowledge in Routing, Switching, Wireless, IP Cameras, Cabling Structure design, Servers, PC and concepts are essential.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent with at least 5-7 years related IT experience
• Must have a proven record of delivering business value and proven trust-relationships.
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of markets, customers and related technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management.
• Candidates must have deep understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills creating architecture and deploying technology to solve business problems.
• Project handling and self-management.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
