POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the AlWaseel product offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.
He/she is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota together with the Sales Team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing the response to RFPs/RFQs, preparing techno commercial proposals, interact & ensuring meeting customer’s technical & financial requirements.
• Ensure getting all input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
• If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals.
• Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution with Sales Team.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives.
• Help your salespeople maximize their potential.
• At the beginning of each month, counsel with each salesperson to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan.
• Establish a sales objective for the department each month and submit it to the management.
• Achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action.
• Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance and compare it with that month’s objective.
• Understand departmental financial data to determine what is happening in your department. Review financial data that affects your department’s profit centers.
• Meet daily with salesman.
• Offer sales team the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.
• Supervise the proper use of the Customer Log by each salesperson.
• Also review the Customer Log for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent with at least 5-7 years related IT experience
• Must have a proven record of delivering business value and proven trust-relationships.
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of markets, customers and related technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management.
• Candidates must have deep understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills creating architecture and deploying technology to solve business problems.
• Project handling and self-management.
