Logistics Specialist

1 - Review and issuance of all bank documents and papers relating to cargo process, whether on the local or international level.
2 - Coordination of the way and the cost of all freight shipments required.
3 - Issue orders to supply and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to determine the price, shipping method and the quantities required in the purchase orders.
4 - Follow-up and speed up the arrival of product to the customer.
5 – Issue all price cost quotations and sales orders through Segment.
6 – Ability to give accurate information to the clients and employees concerning the status of purchase orders.
7 – Handle all the methods and terms of payment and documentary credits with all of the accounting department and manufacturers and customers and the Bank and the issuance of documentary credits and follow-up.
8 –Make regular analysis of the performance of the manufacturers shipping and delivery of the product and put some new ideas relating to the development and improvement through the reports submitted to the company.
9 – Regular upgrade of the local shipments, client, and Warehouse reports.
10 - Report a plan of purchase orders expected in coordination with the Warehouse department.
11 - Negotiate the cost and prices for suppliers of shipping services and cargo clearance.
12 - Daily follow-up with the sales team to complete the sales offers and give the required support to the sales team in all steps of the process till the price offering.
13 – Handle all projects or tasks assigned to him by the Department Manager.

Qualifications:
- Ability to use all Microsoft programs
- The ability to assume multitasks at the same time (in order of priority)
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people at all levels.

Experience required:
- From 4 to 7 years of experience in the field of overseas freight and documentation required to complete the import process and customs clearance.

Working Hours:
- From Sunday to Thursday (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
