Characteristics:
1. Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent education.
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
3. 3+ years of web development experience PHP and MySQL.
4. Strong understanding of object-oriented.
5. Expertise in Joomla 2.5 component Design.
6. Expertise within Content management systems (Joomla 2.5).
7. Proficient in PHP, JAVASCRIPT (AJAX), HTML, CSS, MYSQL, XML and JQuery.
8. E commerce, Knowledgeable of web 2.0 concepts.
9. Apache and MySQL admin skills.
10. Excellent problem solving skills.
11. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
