Job Description: IT Technical Support Engineer
Job Type: Full Time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be High school graduation – computer institute – fresh graduate
A+ certified is preferred.
Job Descriptions:
Candidate will be responsible of help desk support to all users in the company – maintenance of hardware environment – small network tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of clients PC’s troubleshoots.
2. Installing operating systems and programs on clients PC’s.
3. Helping training users to deal with some programs.
4. Installing network cabling and switches.
5. Troubleshoot any PC hardware issue.
6. Monitoring network and camera servers for performance.
7. Search and handle all software related to clients.
8. Act as assistant in backup process.
9. Provide the IT manager with all IT related reports.
