Handling Door-to- Door-, EXW, DDU shipments
- Demonstrated understanding of all inco terms
- Ability to provide Logistical support services
- Revise all daily reports, and tracking reports from subordinates
- Interactive report communications with subordinates
- Supervising, and following up with subordinates on custom clearance, and air shipments
- Following up and handling Ocean Freight Shipments
- Receiving and confirming bookings from clients
- Coordinating trucking and clearance services when needed
- Following up on carrier bookings
- Processing all shipments docs and steps
- Revising and finalizing BL and all relevant documents
- Revising HBL when necessary
- Communication, and corresponding with international agents
- Creating new contacts with agents worldwide
- Sending daily on-line tracking updates to tracking administrator
- Sending daily import department report to management
- Preparing monthly volume tables
- Preparing monthly department evaluation report
- Supervising the process of gathering rates and updating rates database
- Customer service and problem solving
