We are in need to Web / Applications developers. They will be responsible for creating the look and feel of a client’s website. Web developers have numerous responsibilities and must have knowledge in a variety of areas and a strong understanding of how to combine new technology with creative innovations. Because this field is advancing, it’s important for web developers to continually educate themselves on the latest software and ideas.
Typical work activities
• Web developers must have a strong understanding of hypertext markup language (HTML). HTML is the computer language that is used to create web pages for the Internet.
• It’s essential that developers continue to update themselves on the current HTML extension—programs that make it possible to add special features.
• Web developers must know how to create web pages that can be viewed on all types of browsers and used on any type of servers, requiring an understanding of which browsers and servers work well together.
• Excellent Communication techniques with public, customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
• Handling Work Under pressure.
• Staying on the job until it’s finished.
• Hard worker and willingness to learn new tasks

2. Bachelor’s degree in information technology Specialized in web application development.
3. Good analytic skills.
4. Creativity and innovation.
5. It’s important to have excellent visual and verbal communications skills.
6. For most individuals and companies, a website is a reflection of who they are and what they represent.
7. Developers need to be able to listen closely to a client’s ideas and vision and capture that essence on a web page.
8. Developers need to establish long-term relationships with clients and be able to work under changing demands and tight deadlines.
9. Manage Time Effectively and know how long it takes to finish tasks.
10. Ability to work with team and co-operation with them.
