Ramp Officer

n aviation & Ground services company is looking for Ramp Officer at it’s stations in Hurgadah, Sharm El Sheikh & Alex with the following requirements:

Duties:
Check and supervise the Load instructions report.
Ensure that all ramp agents in place (loaders, engineers, coordinator, fueling car, etc….)
Check and Ensure that there is no FOD on the taxi way.
Record all aircraft movement, equipment, start and end time.
Update the flight deck with the flight figures of EZFW (passengers, bags and cargo)
Check and supervise the flight Load sheet.
Oversee aircraft loading and offloading according the instructions.
Supervise cleaning of aircraft cabin, catering and fueling.
Guide the passengers from and to the aircraft.
Control the aircraft boarding.
Ensure that every one is doing his task on time to avoid any delay.
Check water / waste.
Ensure that all safety instructions are applied.
Ensure that all ramp agents follow all safety standards and procedures
Make sure that all passengers are ready for boarding.
Communicate and coordinate requests received from Flight Crews with various internal departments as well as outside.
Insure that all paper work in hand to arrange the flight file.
Updating the ground staff in case of any delays with the new estimated time of departure in order to inform the passengers.
