The Role.
The purpose of this new role is to be a sales manager within the Asian region. Global Database is the world leader in Company Intelligence for 32 industry verticals and more than 195 countries worldwide.
The focus of the position will be to sell our business products to SME. You will have to work remote and manage your own team. You will have your own target plus a team target. Your main responsibility is to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition. This involves proactively approaching new clients to maximise revenue generation through sales of Global Database content.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve and exceed new business revenue expectations (targets);
Actively call prospective clients;
Maintain the company’s standard for call volumes and quality of leads;
Source new quality leads;
Keep an accurate log of activities and businesses contacted;
Able to work from a home environment;
Develop understanding and knowledge of Global Database products, target industries and target audiences.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bright, intelligent and achievement driven
Support the other sales teams
Highly energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiastic outlook
A minimum of 5 years sales experience;
Excellent telephone sales skills, with a confident and clear telephone manner;
Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels;
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills;
Organised, methodical and process driven;
OTE of $20.000, depending on skills and experience.
