Qualifications:
1- Fluent in English.
2- Professional office software package.
3- Very effective organizational Skills.
4- Decision making, analytical, problem-solving.
Description:
1- Handling HR responsibilities.
2- Filling system for management office.
3- Update the system on daily bases and reprocessing data and information whenever needed.
4- Control & enhancing the work flow from and into management office.
5- arranging all material needed for clients meetings and presentations.
6- Ensure that MDs business meetings are well prepared for from all aspects.
7- Follow up with all departments on daily bases on all management instructions.
8- Prepare reports needed and meetings to be attended.
9- Attending internal meetings with employees, clients or suppliers and summarizing & documenting all needed information/instructions.
10- Handling key clients on behalf of the management whenever needed and coordinating with companys departments to solve and trouble-shoot their problems & satisfy their needs.
11- Organizing travel plans and schedules.
12- Preparing necessary reports as instructed by the MD.
13- Performing all administrative work for the MD office and handling work flow to and out of his office in the most professional attitude.
14- Assisting MD in communication with employees to ensure his instructions and requests are carried as instructed.
15- Handling communication on his behalf with suppliers & clients and other bodies whenever needed & as instructed.
