Job Description:
In problem solution and providing technical assistance in setup, installation and configuration of desktop/laptop and many technology devices software.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred or a Course in A+, N+ and CCNA.
Age: from 21 to 27 years
Good: Command of English
Preferred: males
Required Skills:
• Well versed in troubleshooting operating systems and software issues.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office suite of products, Antivirus and many software products.
• Understanding of Windows based applications.
• Ability to respond to and resolve IT customer inquiries.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to interact with customers in a helpful and positive manner. Ability to handle multiple requests/needs simultaneously.
• A strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills is required.
• Must have strong customer relations skills.
• Must be adaptive, flexible and have good problem solving and diagnosis skills.
• Must be able to think logically and act decisively in critical situations.
• Must be flexible to work any shift, nights and weekends.
