Finance Supervisor (نائب المدير المالي)

He/ She will manage and supervise the finance team in the day to day operations of the department. The supervisor will be reporting directly to the finance manager and will be supervising a number of accountants and senior accountants. The supervisor will cultivate and mentor professional and/or support staff involved in finance, his job will be including establishing rules, assigning and reviewing work and evaluating performance. Effectively oversee the daily operations of the department to include analyzing workflow, establishing priorities and setting deadlines. He/ She shall conduct effective staff meetings and routinely communicate operational status and relevant information to the finance manager. The supervisor will also ensure compliance with the appropriate guidelines, policies, approved internal controls, regulations, and requirements and effectively develop, implement, and evaluate internal control systems, policies, practices, and standards and recommends appropriate alternatives, as needed.
