- 2+ years designing for the web with knowledge of web and mobile design standards
- Portfolio featuring user-friendly web design, iconography and creative branding work
- A strong sense of UX and visual design, with an eye for simple-to-use interfaces
- Expert in brand direction, logo design and communication design
- Experience designing across a variety of media (print, motion, web)
- Expert Adobe skills including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge of responsive design and grid systems
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail
- Understand basic content strategy and the importance of good copywriting
- Understand design within a business context
- Experience with modern HTML and CSS in order to communicate effectively with the team
