ROLE OUTLINE
Produce the group annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan.
Manage and supervise the integration of group’s three businesses.
Lead the group efforts to grow and expand in relation to its resources and its strengths and weaknesses
TYPICAL DUTIES
Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for the group.
Coordinating and improving group members’ integrated business practice.
Presenting the group to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Representing the group at industry events and tradeshows.
Creating and being accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
Responding to tenders and requests for information.
Leading and developing human resources by identifying training needs in relation to business development plans.
Defining and following up of yearly targets and objectives.
Developing and implementing strategies for new products and services.
Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Providing direction, guidance to managers to ensure alignment with the group’s strategy.
Ensuring the group remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients, market changes and new trends.
