Job Description:
1. Providing technical support for Level I-III issues via help desk ticket system.
2. Monitoring servers for stability and taking proactive measures to correct issues.
3. Assisting fellow Administrators and Support Representatives with technical support issues.
4. Assisting clients in transferring accounts to our servers.
5. Installing, Configuring, and Maintaining services such as Apache, Mysql, and Exim (standard cPanel services)
Required Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal skills in both Arabic & English to communicate effectively to clients .
1. Ability to work with a team and follow instruction from supervisors .
3. Outstanding customer service skills .
4. Must be dependable to be at work during assigned shifts .
5. Advanced knowledge of Cpanel/WHM control panel
6. Advanced knowledge of the linux operating system
7. Knowledge of bash shell scripting or better (perl, ruby, etc.)
8. Flexible Schedule
9. Understanding of PHP and HTML
10. Ability to multi task and meet specific goals set by supervisors
11. Advanced knowledge of Apache
