We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry and Social Marketing Analyst to support our growing Government Information AI Service. The ideal candidate will combine precise data management skills with a keen understanding of digital communication and social media trends. You will play a vital role in collecting and maintaining government open information data, monitoring online website changes, and supporting the public-facing side of our AI-powered citizen information platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Information Management
• Accurately capture, update, and maintain government data and records within AI training databases from publicly available information
• Validate and clean datasets to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and policy analysts to tag and structure content for AI use.
• Monitor data flows and recommend process improvements for quality assurance.
Social Media & Digital Outreach
• Manage and publish content across official social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor public sentiment and engagement related to AI services or public policy topics.
• Create concise, citizen-friendly content and graphics to explain complex government services.
• Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and native platform dashboards.
• Assist with outreach strategies for targeted populations, improving information accessibility.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Proficiency in word and spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic data tools.
• Strong written communication skills and an understanding of tone for public sector messaging.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Can work with Facebook, LinkedIn and google analytics and AdWordsPreferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with government or public sector data.
• Graphic design or basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English/Arabic.
