We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Laravel Developer to
join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in
architecting, developing, and maintaining our web applications while leading a team
of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver highquality
software solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and
scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance,
code reviews, and technical expertise to ensure project success.
3. Architecture and Planning: Collaborate with the technical architect to design and
implement software solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
4. Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding
standards and best practices.
5. Database Design: Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data integrity
and performance.
6. Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed for application
functionality.
7. Testing: Develop and implement testing strategies, including unit testing and
integration testing, to ensure software quality and reliability.
8. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and
optimize application speed and efficiency.
9. Security: Implement security best practices to protect against common web
application vulnerabilities and ensure data privacy.
10. Code Review: Review code submissions from team members to ensure code
quality and consistency.
11. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications,
APIs, and processes.
12. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers,
product managers, and QA testers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

13. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and
best practices to continually improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to
projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
2. Proven experience as a PHP developer with a strong focus on Laravel (4+ years).
3. Extensive knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.
4. Strong understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL and
NoSQL databases.
5. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
7. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
8. Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
11. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
12. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
