Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect car.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide accurate information about car specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of different car models.
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest car models, industry trends, and competitors to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (Very good level) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for record-keeping and data analysis.
- Age between 21- 40 years old.
- Minimum of two years of retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in an automobile showroom is a huge plus.
- Passionate about cars and knowledgeable about different car models, features, and trends
- Driving license issued from any country is a must.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
