• Meet, greet and solve customers’ inquiries.
• Handle customers in a right way.
• Redirect the customer to the needed department in case solving the problems needs another department interference.
• Follow-up with customer regarding their enquiries.
• Record and archive customers inquiries.
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
Job Requirements
• Presentable
• Bachelor Degree.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in Real Estate
• Good Analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Team Player
• Good communication skills
