ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sourcing of candidates for open vacancies.
• Payroll Management including attendance, period of leaves etc.
• Employee database management as per the Labor Law requirement.
• Coordination with Social insurance and other government agencies.
• Preparing KPI for current employees and reviewing them on monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human resource management (HRM).
Experience
Relevant HR Experience – 1-2 years
PREFERRED SKILLS
Good Spoken & Written English
Good Hands on MS Office
