A high level experienced Sales Manager who is responsible for Supporting sales function strategy and targets based on the sales plan.
Experience and skills:
A high level experienced Sales Manager who is responsible for Supporting sales function strategy and targets based on the sales plan.
Provide leadership, expertise and professional advice on sales matters to ensure business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy.
Manage the Sales team, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high quality performance and staff pride in execution of tasks.
Participate in developing and gaining agreements to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives.
Build leads and develop a highly motivated, achievement oriented sales team and supporting networks capable of meeting or exceeding demanding targets and profit margin objectives.
Participate in managing the process of monitoring sales trends and competitor activity in order to determine effectiveness of sales plans and strategies.
Administer the performance management process for sales team members in order to establish and communicate individual objectives, assess subsequent performance and identify development needs.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business related discipline.
3 –5 years of relevant experience in real estate field
Excellent knowledge of products and markets.
Very Good Command of English Language.
Advanced Computer Skills.
