#Contact Center Specialist

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor Degree only (Preferred in Tourism).

2- Edu Egypt course certificate holders are preferable.

3- Minimum 1 year of Travel Industry experience - Hotels Wholesalers, DMCs, & Amadeus Systems

4- Very good English. (Speaking & Writing) is a MUST.

5- The ability to receive customer’s requirements over phone and convert them to real bookings with a good understanding of all types of customers and capability of handling them.

6- Computer literate & ICDL MS Proficiency.

7- Excellent Sales Skills & Communication Skills & Time Management.

8- Highly Self Motivated & Fast Learner & Hard worker to follow the company’s standards of service.

9- GCC Region Market Experience is preferable.
