Job Responsibilities:
• Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials.
• Receive and place telephone calls and E-mails, schedule and make appointments
• Prepare and process legal documents, and office memos
• Organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files.
• Perform administrative function related to the management
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree– English
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in legal or administrative positions
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Excellent command of English Language
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Very good computer skills.
