Madar Group Egypt is looking for Regional Sales Manager – Greater Cairo
Job Duties:
•Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget.
•Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
•Resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends
•preparing and completing action plans.
•Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
•Surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
•Determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
•Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives
•Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Proven sales experience track in FMCG industry.
•At least 5 years experience in the same level
•Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives.
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•BA/BS degree or equivalent
