Maintenance Manager

About the Job
1.Setting preventive maintenance strategy, implement and control all activities for production.
2.Prepared Maintenance Budgets & their revisions (OPEX & CAPEX)
3.Communicates directly with the Production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
4.Communicates directly with QA Team to ensure effective participation by the maintenance technicians in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.
5.Implement the Plant expansion and improvement plan and monitor the progress.
6.Reduced the maintenance costs based on KPI’s through efficient planning of shutdowns and predictive maintenance
7.Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
8.Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance engineers & technicians.
9.Reviews the operation of plant equipment, systems and apply the preventive maintenance constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner to identify opportunities for improvement.
10.Communicates regularly with all maintenance engineers and technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering
2.From 10 to 15 years of experience.
3.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
4.Have excellent knowledge in leadership skills, time Management.
5.Advanced Management levels of performance for maintenance departments.
