R&D;Engineer

1.Lead the team supporting those aspects of the programs that are delivered in the laboratory.
2.Lead and take overall responsibility for the team of technicians providing technical support and guidance for staff using the laboratory equipment and tools.
3.Provide technical support to the operations team to optimize production planning.
4.Handle researching for new Chemicals products and responsible for the analysis of samples to determine their chemical composition and supervising the laboratory operations.
5.Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all of the functions within the Laboratory including testing, staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, maintaining supplies, and meeting regulatory requirements.
6.Responsibility for the whole research and development process starting from product concept, preparing prototype sample, laboratory testing, and final approval to invest in the developed product.
7.Assess the requirements for new products based on the market needs in cooperation with Sales department and selected customers sample.
8.Improving products range and keeping the product range up to date with the new trends in technology .
9.Perform complete review, verification, and validation for new products to ensure conformity to requirement .
10.Assist in updating the company catalogues and brochures.
11.Establish product design reviews with the aim of simplifying the manufacturing operations, reducing manufacturing cost and possibility of product standardization.
12.Cooperate with the technical support team to specify the problems that may face customers to find out the most suitable solutions with current products or to develop new ones to meet and exceeds there expectations.
Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree of Science in Chemistry.
2.At least Three years of experience in the Chemical industry in a similar position.
3.Gender: Male
4.Experience from 3:5
5.Experience in manufacturing, operational and customer driven environments.
6.Ability to develop processes, train end users, and implement projects to completion.
7.Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office with specific emphasis on Excel, Access, and Word & Microsoft Project.
