Production Manager

Job Description:

1. Plan, organize, or manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.

2. Plan the daily operations to insure all resources are used effectively.

3. Minimize the cost of labor and materials used to support the daily operations. Special efforts must be made to reduce the labor cost in overtime situations.
