The position is responsible for maximising profitable sales of ELT and Schools educational solutions (texts, software, digital, multi-media etc) to all market segments.
He/she is responsible for developing partnerships with the client base by leverage Edu-Lighthouse content, assets and partnerships. This person is responsible for maximizing market share growth in Egypt & in the North Africa Regions as well as establishing large institutional agreements.
The incumbent must be aggressive and active in competitive accounts, as well knowledgeable regarding competition and industry trends. Responsible for proposing and closing engagements that will achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction plans.
Education, Qualifications & Training
Essential:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
Desirable:
• Internationally recognised K-12 and or ELT Certification (CELTA, DELTA or Trinity Diploma)
Previous Experience
Essential:
• K-12 and or ELT teaching experience
• Knowledge of Educational digital products and solutions.
Desirable:
• Has experience in publishing industry
IT Literacy
Essential:
• Windows XP/7/8, MS Office
Desirable:
• Smart Board
• Learning management systems. Online home and testing systems
• Open and Closed Source LMS
Languages
Essential:
• Fluency in written and spoken English
Desirable:
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
