- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customer complaints received via phone, email, or social media.
- Update customer’s data.
