Job Duties include but not limited o Responsible for the preparation of application surveys and cost effective and technically competent proposals, quotations and tenders that meet customer’s requirement in timely manner. o Tracking all outstanding proposals and enquires. o Deliver fast quality, technical support to clients and colleagues. o Manage and interpret customer requirements, speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. o Troubleshoot problems with application team and assist in other teams if required. o Prepare job orders, following up application, ensure that the scope of work and estimated pricing are achieved and prepare reports in case of deviation. o Actively increasing knowledge about company’s products and services as well knowledge sharing o Training of colleagues and new comers. o Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved, identify reasons and put suggestions to avoid them in the future. o Ensure that department documentation are complete, up to date and filed. o Studying competitors, gathering information about their products and services and make the nesseceery comparisons. o Track and analyze products /Application performance o Participate in presenting company’s products and services to engineering consultants in different fields to make sure they specifying them for their customers. o Obtain feedback from customers for “lessons learned” to incorporate in futures proposals and job orders. o prepare and deliver technical presentations o Update company’s data base by new clients who might benefit from company’s products and services. o Participate in company’s registration process in customer’s vender list. o Contributing to marketing plans and strategies* - Participate in Managing ,executing and arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, news letter , company’s website, e-marketing &CD;’S - Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions - Conducting market research such as customer questioners and focus group. o Establish, develop and maintain optimum client relationships. |
