Progate is a reputable property developer company located at Sheraton Heliopolis Cairo; seeking to hire Team leader Architect/ Design Manager (Architecture & interior Design) with the following responsibility:
•Create unique conceptual design interior / exterior ideas.
•Create and develop high-end 3D presentations.
•Leads and monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction, ensuring the design ideas is consistent and properly executed.
•Produces and supervise technical drawings, details and specifications with other architects/ engineers.
•Lead and mange design team ( Architects/ Engineers)
•Follow up municipal approvals and required permits for projects.
Minimum qualifications:
•Highly creative, excellent free hand sketch
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Hands on experience with high-end residential projects with min 8 to 12 year.
•Able to work independently & self-motivated.
•Professional user of AutoCAD / Office /Revit /3D Max
•Very well acquainted with AutoCAD layers and Xref.
•Knowledgeable with local codes & practices
•Bachelor Degree of Architectural or fine Arts
